Parker Hannifin Corporation, a Fortune 250 leader in motion and control technologies, is making a bold $1 billion move into integrated electrification by acquiring Curtis Instruments. The acquisition deepens Parker’s capabilities across electric and hybrid applications in off-highway, material handling, and industrial vehicle sectors.
The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2025, pending regulatory approval, with Curtis bringing an estimated $320 million in annual revenue into Parker’s portfolio.
“Curtis adds complementary technologies to our existing industrial electrification platform, better positioning us to serve our customers as they continue the adoption of more electric and hybrid solutions,” said Jenny Parmentier, Parker’s Chairman and CEO.
