Six consecutive years of ESG data collection is not common in the exhibit industry.
Steelhead Productions has made it a business practice.
The Las Vegas-based exhibit and experiential marketing agency published its 2025 ESG Review this week — its sixth annual report — documenting measurable environmental outcomes, workforce diversity metrics, and community engagement activity backed by third-party verification.
On the environmental side, Steelhead diverted 77,668 pounds of waste from landfill in 2025, kept 36,767 water bottles from the waste stream, and contributed to the planting of 870 trees through reforestation partnerships. These outcomes flow from the company's modular exhibit design model, which prioritizes material reuse and reconfiguration over single-use builds — a structural approach that reduces waste without requiring client-by-client negotiation. Its EcoVadis rating places the company in the top 35% globally across environmental and ethical business performance.
The workforce data is equally notable. In 2025, 43% of employees and 45% of managers identified as being from an ethnic or racial minority group. On gender, representation at the management level — 45% female — exceeded the overall employee figure of 31%, suggesting active investment in leadership pathways rather than diversity concentrated at entry levels.
Through its Give Happy Committee, Steelhead team members contributed 391 volunteer hours to seven Southern Nevada nonprofits, including Three Square Food Bank, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Las Vegas, and Friends of Red Rock Canyon.
“Our Sustainability Review isn't about aspiration. It's about accountability.” — Rhiannon Andersen, CMO and Co-Owner, Steelhead Productions
Steelhead remains a Certified B Corporation — one of a small group of exhibit companies in North America to hold the designation — meeting verified standards across governance, employee well-being, community impact, and environmental responsibility. Six years of consecutive reporting gives those numbers something a single-year disclosure cannot: a baseline against which progress is visible and claims can be held to account.
