Myriad Uranium Secures Full Ownership of Red Basin

Geophysics complete, Myriad prepares next steps at U.S. uranium site

Myriad Uranium Corp. has taken full ownership of the Red Basin uranium project in New Mexico, completing a key step in its U.S. portfolio development. Previously governed by an earn-in agreement with First American Uranium, the 1,776-acre package is now wholly held by Myriad following the completion of agreed exploration work.

The company recently concluded high-resolution ground geophysical surveys across the district, capturing 160 km of magnetic data and 142 km of radiometric coverage. Using cesium-vapor magnetometers and high-sensitivity detectors, the survey provided sub-meter detail across closely spaced grid lines. The resulting dataset is among the most detailed ever recorded for the area.

Preliminary results point to magnetic anomalies that align with surface drainage patterns, potentially indicating deeper paleochannels—an important geological setting for uranium roll-front mineralization. These insights are expected to play a central role in designing a broader exploration permit, which is now in progress.

With more than 1,050 historical drill holes already recorded by previous operators, Red Basin is known for its roll-front uranium–vanadium potential, particularly in shallow, permeable sandstones. While earlier studies—including a 1980 U.S. Department of Energy report—estimated over a million pounds of uranium within the current claim area, Myriad acknowledges these figures remain unverified under current 43-101 standards.

Confirmatory drilling and digital recovery of historical data would be required to reclassify any legacy estimates into modern resource categories. The new geophysical insights, paired with future fieldwork, are expected to inform that next phase.

Investor Awareness Strategy Targets U.S. Market Interest in Uranium

Alongside technical progress, Myriad is rolling out a new market awareness initiative aimed at expanding its profile among institutional and retail investors. The company has engaged Machai Capital for a 12-month campaign encompassing digital content, email marketing, SEO, and social outreach.

Machai will receive $300,000 plus GST for its services, as well as 300,000 stock options at $0.35, exercisable until 2027. These options are set to vest in March 2026. Aside from this agreement, Machai holds no equity interest in the company.

The visibility campaign comes as investor attention continues to build around North American uranium assets. Myriad sees this as a timely opportunity to position its U.S. projects—including Red Basin in New Mexico and Copper Mountain in Wyoming—for greater exposure as the sector evolves.

With permitting under development and exploration plans sharpening, Myriad expects to communicate more actively on its progress. The goal is to attract broader market engagement while delivering on a strategy focused on unlocking historical uranium potential through modern methods.
