Ian Larson is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in the energy and construction management sectors. As the Senior Vice President at Redaptive, Inc., Ian leads project development and technical sales initiatives, specializing in Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) solutions. His role encompasses preconstruction pricing and estimating, procurement, and overseeing installation services for mechanical and electrical projects.
During his tenure, Ian has significantly impacted the company’s growth, quadrupling revenue between 2017 and 2018 and doubling it again the following year. He has also managed large-scale customer rollouts for energy savings projects and directed a customer service team that supports over 1,000 client sites.
In addition to his role at Redaptive, Ian serves as an Advisory Board Member for Aetos Biologics and Celltheon Corporation, where he advises on marketing strategies and business development. He is also the Principal Consultant for Purian LLC, focusing on construction management and outsourcing in the biologics sector.
Previously, Ian held leadership positions in project management and customer service at Enlighted Inc. and Dome Construction, where he drove operational improvements and business development initiatives.
